PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Provides guidance and support to the regional QA Relay Network, Quality Assurance continuous improvement initiative activities in Departments in ASIA and provides support to HRM and IT for proper access of all ASIA permanent employee to the AQUARIUS quality improvement platform, its modules and specific roles of employees. Provides with the other regional QA Deputies permanent support for the understanding of Quality Management and the proper use of AQUARIUS modules by work instruction, development of videos in local languages, by Skype or face to face trainings for employees. Assists ASIA QA Managers in providing supportive information for complaints/claims investigations. Executes QA projects related to regional business processes in the hub.POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:Participate in maintaining the overall ASIA Quality Assurance standards; and help ensure that they conform to employee expectations, industry standards, and HM.CLAUSE policies. Train QA Relay Officers in QA approach, and generally assist in keeping the integrity of the QA approach in a standard format.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Quality Assurance Standard:
Assist HRM and IT in properemployee administration and support. This includes ensuring access by HM Clause employees, providing help desk trouble shooting and information, and training (SKYPE or Face to Face) system users.
Work with the QA Deputies in other regions in to develop instructional materials for the use of AQUARIUS its modules.
Provide permanent training of QA Relay Officers as needed, and to improve the functioning of the QA Relay Officer Network.
Work with ASIA personnel to develop process maps, and work instructions for their functional areas.
Assist the ASIA QA Manager in developing QA project communication strategies.
Participate in QA projects and lead small QA projects independently.
Travel domestically and internationally as needed for QA and other projects to be determined by the QA Manager, ASIA and the Vice President of QA.
Conduct data mining for trend analysis for quality related issues and other KPl's.
Assist with function audits by compiling background information related to the audit.
Additional activities including assisting QA Management on projects as needed.
Complaint & Claims:
Manage system to monitor claims, including collecting, tracking and summarizing data for QA Management.
Initiate and track testing/follow-up to claims after review with QA Management. Includes direct contact with internal sources for supplies of seed needed for testing, and maintain current records on all procedures
Assist in tracking status of Claim resolution.
Communicate as needed with personnel in BU’s to monitor status of complaints.
Compile financial information related to complaints and claims.
Monitor complaint profiles and trends.

5+ years working with computer programs and databases.
Post secondary education in Agriculture Science or related field preferred.
5+ years technical seed industry experience, to include Quality Assurance preferred.
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
