  • Development executive strategies for the portfolio Managed.
  • Monitor customer account details for Non – payments, delayed payments and other
    irregularities
  • Accomplish the Resolution, Normalization & Rollbacks as per targets.
  • Develop and design strategies to effectively address disputes, expired cases etc to prevent
    any probable escalation and highlight sensitive accounts to Territory manager to prevent the
    same.
  • Proactive in coming up with a suggestion in policy changes on collections.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with clients
