PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Provides guidance and support to the regional QA Relay Network, Quality Assurance continuous improvement initiative activities in Departments in ASIA and provides support to HRM and IT for proper access of all ASIA permanent employee to the AQUARIUS quality improvement platform, its modules and specific roles of employees. Provides with the other regional QA Deputies permanent support for the understanding of Quality Management and the proper use of AQUARIUS modules by work instruction, development of videos in local languages, by Skype or face to face trainings for employees. Assists ASIA QA Managers in providing supportive information for complaints/claims investigations. Executes QA projects related to regional business processes in the hub.
POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Participate in maintaining the overall ASIA Quality Assurance standards; and help ensure that they conform to employee expectations, industry standards, and HM.CLAUSE policies. Train QA Relay Officers in QA approach, and generally assist in keeping the integrity of the QA approach in a standard format.

Technical Skills – Strong analytical background, with problem analysis and decision-making skills. Functional to proficient knowledge of database functions and manipulations. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Quality-on-Line and other Quality related systems
Knowledge of agriculture, horticulture, the vegetable seed industry, and Quality Assurance principles preferred but not required.
