Main responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Coordination with farmers and dealers
  • Ensure timely delivery of supplies & Collection of outstanding dues from dealers
  • Support Sales and Development activities in assigned territory.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: 

  • Good negotiation and inter-personal skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Ability to converse in multiple languages (local as well as English).
  • Cost consciousness
  • Willing to travel.
  • Good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s degree in Business Administration (Sales) is preferable.
  • 8 to 10 years in sales of agri-products. Experience in Seed industry is must.

STAKE HOLDERS:

  • Reports to : RSM
  • Supervisory responsibilities: SDOs
  • Status : Permanent
  • Internal relations: Sales team, Customer Service team.
  • External relations: Local govt. authorities, customers, dealers.
