Equipment and Lease Manager

  • To achieve the annual sales target by implementing an annual sales plan for Equipment Leasing.
  • Assist the Senior Manager in the decision-making and execution of strategic initiatives in the respective territory.
  • Customer handling such as collection plan, handling field promotion expenses, handle the team of Field Staff for infield promotion
  • Implementing downstream marketing (Go to market) plans such as product introduction Conducting field promotional activities etc.
  • Customer Relation Management: Preparation of customer follow up plan, create the success stories of customers, customer complaint handling.
  • Achieve a sales plan in the territory
  • To create a brand name of the company in the market by creating pull for product assortment at grass root level and creative marketing techniques.
  • Effective customer relationship management and maintain a brand image.
  • Extensive travel within the district.
