Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth. 
  • Achieving the targets set by the company.
  • Develop and manage efficient distribution network for sales.
  • Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing plans/strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.
  • Collecting farmer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.
  • Monitoring sales team performance, analysing  sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to the head of Marketing/Business.
  • Experience in preparation of Sales budget for the territory/Product.
  • Field, Product demonstrations, advertisement and promotion.
  • Proficient in Credit & Stock Controls.
  • Self-Driven, adaptable to environmental changes, ready to work under pressure.
  • Controlling and assigning targets to the sales team, achieving weekly, monthly annual sales targets.
  • Should have at least 2 years of work experience in a single region.
